Book a call with an advisor to design a personalised memorisation roadmap or discuss adult programs. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us — we’re available around the clock.

When we are available

There are two different clocks here, and families often confuse them. The advisory desk — the people who answer questions about programs, plans and scheduling — works Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Cairo time. That is roughly 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM in New York and 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in London. WhatsApp is monitored outside those hours too, so an evening message from the US is normally answered before you wake up.

Teaching hours are much wider, and they run on your clock rather than ours. Lessons are booked in the student’s own timezone, and early mornings before work and late evenings after the children are in bed are both normal slots for us. If the only time that works for your family looks impossible, say so in the first message — it usually is not.

Booking questions, answered

How quickly will someone reply?
WhatsApp is the fastest route and is staffed around the clock — most messages are answered within a couple of hours. Email replies land within 24 hours, and the advisory desk is at its busiest Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Cairo time (about 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM New York time).
Can we have lessons in a US or European timezone?
Yes. Lessons are scheduled in your own timezone, not ours, and evening slots are normal for families in the US, UK and Europe. The advisory hours above are only for enquiries — teaching hours are far wider.
How do I book the free trial?
Message us on WhatsApp or open the free trial page and register. You will be asked for the learner’s age, current level and the days that suit you, and we match a teacher from there. The trial is a 30-minute assessment session: 100% free, no card required, no obligation.
What happens after the trial session?
Your advisor sends the teacher’s assessment, a suggested plan and the schedule that fits your week. Nothing is charged until you choose a monthly plan — there is no registration fee, no long-term contract, and you can pause or switch plans from any billing cycle.
Do you teach adults, or only children?
Both. Most of our students are adults and reverts starting from the Arabic alphabet, and we also teach children and teens. The programs are the same one-to-one format either way, and the teacher is matched to the learner rather than to an age group.
What information should I include in my first message?
The learner’s age, whether they can already read Arabic script, what you want to reach (reading, tajweed, hifz or Arabic), and two or three time windows that work in your week. That is enough for us to propose a teacher and a schedule in the first reply.
